Job Description

Summary:  A Diamond Kote Contractor Support Manager will assist in developing and implementing programs, processes and protocols designed to support the growth of the Diamond Kote brand of products.  This position will manage a team of inside sales specialists responsible for building and maintaining a relationship with contractors and installers, managing contractor programs, lead management and tracking, and handling customer service for our two step DK distribution partners.

Duties to include (not limited to):

•         Communicate with WSC who, what, where and why information in relationship to projects.

•         Complete a monthly report summarizing data and activities

•         Manage a dedicated DK Contractor Hotline

o    Product and install questions

o    Contractor feedback, issues and complaints

o    Support line for DK Specialists

o    Help line for TM/CSR questions

•         Contractor program administration

o    Manage and qualify incoming enrollments

o    Maintain contractor data base and status

o    Administer rewards, rebates and incentives

o    Build relationships with enrolled contractors through communication and interaction

•         Lead management and tracking

o    Collect leads generated from Contact Us and trade shows

o    Follow up, qualify, and determine next step

o    Forward to applicable party(s) (Contractor, DKS, Dealer, RM) as determined by lead protocol process

o    Track status and follow lead to completion

o    Maintain data so results can be quantified and analyzed

•         Customer service for 2-step distribution partners

o    Handle incoming calls, questions and orders

o    Manage co-op

o    Administer Contact Us leads for their market area

Job Requirements

A Diamond Kote Contractor Support Manager will possess and/or demonstrate the ability to:

•         Communicate with solid verbal and written skills.

•         Prioritize tasks and meet communicated goals.

•         Display professional behavior to all internal and external contacts in conjunction with policies and procedures as outline in the employee handbook.

Education / Experience:

•         High School Diploma, College Degree and/or 3-5 years of related sales/marketing experience.

•         Microsoft Office Suite knowledge base

•         Highly developed planning and organizational abilities.

Reports to: Director of Sales
