Job Description

Duties to include, (but not limited to): Help, Develop and maintain quality Customer Service standards. Work directly with the Sales Representatives to process and enter quotes and orders. Communicate with Customers on a daily basis. Assist in daily order entry. Assist Engineering with door and product drawings. Work with Customers to identify quality issues/concerns Data collection Ability to use various measurement tools Assist in the auditing of BOM’s. Computer skills (Excel, Word, AutoCAD, & etc.)  Quoting Specialist and Engineering Support Demonstrates: Ability to work independently while portraying excellent team work mentality Problem solving and innovative solutions to improve customer relations Dynamic self-motivation and ability to work in high pressure situations Ability to maintain positive moral within the office  Education / Experience: High school diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience. Minimum of 5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.  Working Demands / Physical Requirements: Ability to lift and carry up 50 - 75 pounds Travel required 15-20% of the time. Clean MVR for situations when travel is needed.                 Reports to:   Product and R&D Manager Conclusion:  The Quoting Specialist & Engineering Support position will exemplify the high standards that have come to be associated with TES. As an ESOP owner, acting with honor, integrity, and positivity is imperative.  The Quoting Specialist & Engineering Support positions prime objective is to quote specific jobs for Taylor Customers and to assist the Product Manager in the daily Engineering needs required for the function of the business.
